Delve Property Branding and Marketing

Toast was enlisted to name, brand, market and promote a development of 38 apartments in Sydney's North Shore. We avoided branding clichés expected of an apartment surrounded by national parks, nature reserves, rivers and bays. To differentiate Delve from it's competition the beautiful surrounds were showcased with photography, allowing the logotype to speak to the viewer of the apartments, interiors and architecture.

Toast started with the branding, and then continued to create a comprehensive campaign of print, digital and signage/environmental design. The campaign included printed marketing collateral, CGI's, location and aerial photography, an opulent book for prospective buyers, on site signage, showroom and internal graphic design, design and Development of website (iPhone & iPad compatible), eNewsletters, Newspaper ads, Floor plans, Videos and much more!

Sammut Developments Branding

Sammut Developments have dozens of awards and a reputation as THE luxury apartment developer in Sydney's Shire. When branding this well known, sophisticated property developer we faced two main challengers. We needed to embody the essence of the development - its location, architecture, finishes and style as well as create branding with a timelessness to it that would last as long as the building stands.

After visiting the building to get a feel for the personality of the area we began a collaborative discussion on architecture, inclusions and finishes. With a good understanding of the development an identity and marketing plan could follow. Toast maintain a stylistic consistency between each of the identity's for Sammut Developments with unique colours and shapes taken from each development.

This campaign was so successful that each development has had the majority of apartments sold months before construction has commenced. This has been a major factor in the exponential rate of growth for Sammut Developments.

Defined Developments Branding

Entering the congested market of development presents a challenge even with a staff whose decades of prior experience have seen them work on individual developments worth an excess of $1 billion.

Toast knew that Defined Developments would be working with both national and international clients on high-end developments and as a result created a brand that was culturally neutral but still portrayed the style of work that Defined Developments is engaged in.

Toast created a variety of collateral for Defined Developments including Property Branding, Photography, Printed Collateral, Website Design and Development

Shore Real Estate Branding

Situated in Sydney's quiet coastal suburb of Doll Point, Shore is a development of luxury apartments priced in the six and seven-figure range. Toast was sought out for this project by our client because of his familiarity with our previously successful Property Branding campaigns.

Toast visited the site of Shore to get a feel for the lifestyle and location of the apartments, and collected objects that might inspire a concept for the identity. The result we came up with is a representation of the meeting of sea and land in a unique, custom mixed brown inspired by the apartment interiors.

After branding the development, our main objective was to promote the beautiful surrounds of the apartments and showcase the lifestyle the beachside setting offers. After a photo shoot we created a large range of printed collateral and a website in addition to our main piece. This was an opulent, large format book which was given to prospective purchasers.

During the process of branding the Shore apartments, we rebranded the developer as well. We also created a portfolio website to showcase a small selection of Prestige Apartments Australia's previous work.

Resbuild Promotional Booklet

Resbuild Promotional Booklet

Toast was assigned the task of creating a promotional book to reflect two key aspects of Resbuild Australia - their innovative design and their growth as a company. We took inspiration from the basic shapes associated with design and construction (circles and squares) as well as elements from the existing Resbuild identity. We then abstracted these building blocks in such a way to illustrate the stylish, intricate architectural designs that Resbuild pride themselves on.

To accentuate the Resbuild brand we opted for a 2 colour Pantone job featuring Black and Yellow inks only. Vivid results were achieved with this striking colour palette.

After completion of this project, our client informed us that the response to the books was an unanimously positive one. The eye-catching cover has become a conversational piece during meetings, and the internal spreads have had an equally strong response. Resbuild have seen a sharp increase in work which they attribute to the work of Toast Design.

Breeze Property Branding

Breeze is a development in progress for Sammut Development. The Toast team created the branding and a splash page to register interest in the development. Keep checking for updates on Breeze as the toast team works hard to further develop the designs parallel to the development of the apartments.

Sammut Developments approached Toast to brand and name an upcoming development "Drift." A boutique residential development of 11 Luxury Apartments completed in December 2009. Winner of the 2010 MBA Excellence in Housing Awards and Winner of the 2011 HIA Apartment Project of the Year.
